Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • South Africa: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within South Africa.

Any additional charges, taxes, or duties imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages
